First Impressions
The Allen exemplifies the ideal pair of boots from its design to the color of the Natural Chromepak leather from Horween. We’re huge fans of the lighter brown leather which looks absolutely amazing with blue or black denim. The leather will age beautifully with wear and breaks in no time. We decided to go for a casual look with an olive work jacket with a white oxford and our favorite blue jeans. We also feel good wearing the boots with all the components made in the USA to support American jobs.
Comfort & Fit
Much like Parkhurst’s other pairs of boots, The Allen is extremely comfortable and fits like a glove. You’ll find breathable leather and a leather insole on the interior, while heel cushioning provides additional comfort. Goodyear Welt construction allows for this pair to re-soled if the time comes. Finishing off the boot is a Dainite Rubber sole for durability and support. For this pair, you’ll want to stick to your true size for the best fit.
